Booking with Canvas Beauty means you agree to the following:

We value your time and are dedicated to delivering our clients the highest quality of service. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need for appointment changes or cancellations. To ensure seamless operations and accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented the following spa policy:

Card on File:

To secure your appointment booking, we require a valid credit card be kept on file.
Please rest assured that your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

We kindly request that you provide us with ample notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice from the original appointment time will not incur any charges.

Late Cancellation Fee:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice from the appointment time will automatically incur half the service fee. This fee will be applied to the credit card on file that was used to secure the booking.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to notify us in advance and not showing up for your appointment will be considered a “no-show.”
No-shows will automatically incur full charge of service fee booked. This fee will be applied to the credit card on file that was used to secure the booking.

Full payment of late cancellation and no-show fees are required before rebooking any future appointments.
